Natural gas to miscellaneous

   Natural gas generally contains saturated water, hydrogen sulfide, organic sulfur (thiols), carbon dioxide and other impurities. In order to meet the gathering, liquefaction, cryogenic separation and other processes need, so the need for zeolite to remove the impurity components in order to achieve the use of commercial gas requirements.

   The presence of moisture can significantly increase the dew point of natural gas, so that the gas in the liquefaction, pipe or cryogenic separation process inevitably icing; also the formation of hydrocarbon hydrate precipitation to block equipment and pipelines; easier with natural gas H2S, CO2 and other effects, serious corrosion of pipeline equipment. The use of zeolite to deepen the natural gas dehydration is the most widely used, the most mature method.

Purification

   Natural gas H2S, CO2 and other water and the role of serious corrosion of pipeline equipment; its content exceeds the national standard of natural gas must be purified by desulfurization in order to normal use. HYZ05C special zeolite has been widely used in the removal of gas H2S, CO2 and other impurities.
