Zeolite molecular sieve for medical oxygen production system

The principle of PSA oxygen production is similar to that of PSA nitrogen production, except that the adsorbent is to adsorb nitrogen. At present, the pressure swing adsorption method uses zeolite molecular sieve or lithium molecular sieve adsorbents with a relatively large separation coefficient for oxygen and nitrogen components to prepare oxygen enrichment. Under pressure conditions, nitrogen is the adsorbed component on the molecular sieve, only a small amount of oxygen is adsorbed, and the unadsorbed oxygen is output as product gas. When the adsorbent reaches saturation, the nitrogen gas is desorbed by the decompression process, and the adsorbent is regenerated. The use of two adsorption beds for cyclic operation can achieve the purpose of continuous production of oxygen.
