Experimental Study on Synthesis of 13X Zeolite Molecular Sieve by Fly Ash

A thermal power plant as the main raw material, after the roasting treatment of raw materials, hydrothermal synthesis experiments, the synthesis of 13X zeolite molecular sieve. The calcination experiment was carried out to determine the calcination parameters: the fly ash / sodium carbonate was 1: 1.05 (molar ratio), the calcination temperature was 830 ℃ and the calcination time was 1.5h. The optimized parameters of hydrothermal crystallization were determined by orthogonal design method: M2O / SiO2 (mol) was 1.32, H2O / M2O (mol) was 55, crystallization time was 10h, seed amount was 8% (water volume ). Synthetic zeolite is highly pure, with excellent thermal stability, and the adsorption capacity reaches the national chemical industry product standard.

The specific surface area and pore distribution of 13X zeolite were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis of potassium feldspar powder. The results show that the specific surface area of 13X zeolite molecular sieves is about 621.50 ~ 747.40 m2 / g, the total pore volume is about 0.344 70 ~ 0.393 70 cm3 / g; micropores with medium proportion and pore size less than 2.50 nm, SXZ 10g and SXZ-1kg) were 81.33% ~ 84.70%, and the ratio of microporous volume of expanded experimental sample (SXZ-10kg) was 67.90% ~ 67.98%. The content of 13x zeolite molecular sieve is a prerequisite for determining the high specific surface area and high performance of 13X zeolite molecular sieves.
