The process is two towers. After the raw air is pressurized by the compressor, it undergoes an air pretreatment device to remove solid impurities such as oil and dust and water, and is cooled to room temperature. The treated compressed air enters the adsorption tower filled with molecular sieves through the intake valve. Nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc. are adsorbed, and the outflow gas is high-purity oxygen. When the adsorption tower reaches a certain degree of saturation, the intake valve closes, the flush valve opens, and the adsorption tower enters the flushing stage. Afterwards, the purge valve closes and the desorption valve opens. Into the desorption regeneration stage, this completes a cycle.
