Wastewater treatment successfully developed a new type of nano zeolite composite material

An advanced and applicable technology for the treatment of arsenic-containing and toluene-containing waste water using a new type of nano-composite has recently been successfully developed in Tianjin. Through experimental tests, the technology has low dosage, short contact time, small adsorption interference, and high removal efficiency of harmful and organic pollutants. After treatment, the water body can reach standard discharge or recycling, with good environmental and economic benefits. The mineral material independently researched and developed by Professor Wang Yinye from the Tianjin Institute of Urban Construction, which is composed of nanometer molecular sieve-modified silicon compounds, is porous, lightweight, has a large specific surface area, and has strong adsorption characteristics. Especially for the treatment of waste water containing arsenic and fluorine, the effect of simultaneous removal of arsenic and fluoride can be achieved. It is understood that the material is not only non-toxic, no harmful elements, it can be recycled after use, it does not cause secondary pollution to the environment, but also has a wide range of raw materials, simple process flow, suitable for industrial production, thus reducing pollutant emissions, It is of positive significance to reduce water consumption.
