What is a honeycomb zeolite molecular sieve?

Zeolite honeycomb molecular sieve is a very good adsorbent, which is widely used in the production of basic organic chemical industry and petrochemical industry. In the treatment of harmful gases, it is also commonly used in so2, nox, co, co2, nh3, ccl4, water vapor and Purification of gaseous hydrocarbon waste gas; and air purification and deodorization of biochemical, paint industry, underground places, leather factories, animal breeding places; odor adsorption of flue gas, removal of mercury vapor, etc. The main material of honeycomb zeolite adsorbent is natural zeolite. Zeolite honeycomb molecular sieve is an inorganic microporous material composed of sio2, al2o3 and alkaline metals or alkaline earth metals. The internal pore volume accounts for 40-50% of the total volume. With a surface area of 100-500 m2/g, it has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, non-flammability, good thermal stability and hydrothermal stability. It is a high-efficiency molecular sieve carrier with good adsorption performance, no secondary pollution, and high-temperature regeneration. Compared with honeycomb activated carbon, its performance is about 25% efficiency, but it has high temperature resistance and is not easy to catch fire. It is widely used in the fields of adsorption, separation, catalysis and environment. It is more suitable for the treatment of large air volume and low concentration organic waste gas.
